Cedric Benn understands that in order to grow a new generation of fans for the sport of boxing, change needs to start "from the ground up" - in other words it starts with the youngsters. Cedric makes boxing fun - and puts the fun in "fundamentals" - for the men, women and children in his gym and teaches the critical transitions boxers need to undertsand to migrate from a regional competitor to an international champion.
